Nurtia™ is a product of Royal International Capital Holdings Inc. ("Company", "we", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Nurtia™ mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the App's core functionality:

• Scanned product data — product names and barcodes you enter or scan are processed locally on your device and sent to our server solely to generate ingredient analysis results. We do not store your personal scan history on our servers.
• Subscription and purchase data — processed by RevenueCat, Inc. on our behalf. RevenueCat may collect your Apple ID email, device identifiers, and purchase receipts. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Device information — operating system version, device model, and app version used for compatibility and performance purposes.
• Camera — used only to scan barcodes in real time. We do not capture, store, or transmit any images or video.

2. How We Use Information

• To identify product ingredients and generate safety analysis
• To manage and restore your subscription status
• To improve App functionality and fix errors
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes

3. Data Storage and Security

Scan history and analysis results are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers beyond the duration of a single analysis request. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat — subscription management and in-app purchase processing (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• Open Food Facts — public database for product information (world.openfoodfacts.org/privacy)
• Apple App Store — governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy)

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted information may contact us at privacy@getnurtia.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain data uses. California residents have rights under the CCPA; EU/EEA residents have rights under the GDPR. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@getnurtia.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain server-side analysis request logs for up to 30 days for debugging purposes, after which they are permanently deleted. Local data on your device is controlled by you and can be cleared by deleting the App.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or updated effective date.
