These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nurtia™ mobile application ("App") operated by Royal International Capital Holdings Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Nurtia™ is a consumer safety intelligence app that provides ingredient analysis, product comparisons, and wellness recommendations for educational purposes only. The App is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free — up to 3 scans total; limited ingredient flags
• Core — $0.99/month or $9.99/year; unlimited scans and full ingredient analysis
• Premium — $2.99/month or $19.99/year; includes all Core features plus meal planning and savings tracking

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions through your device's App Store account settings.

We may offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Trials auto-convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

3. Intellectual Property

Nurtia™ is a trademark of Royal International Capital Holdings Inc. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use of the Nurtia™ name, logo, or branding is strictly prohibited.

All content in the App — including text, graphics, ingredient data, analysis algorithms, UI design, and underlying software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Royal International Capital Holdings Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to violate any applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape data, or reproduce ingredient analysis results for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INGREDIENT INFORMATION IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR UP TO DATE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROYAL INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL HOLDINGS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction where Royal International Capital Holdings Inc. is located.
